I’m familiar with all of the excuses. “I don’t have time”, “I’m not an athlete”, “I was born without any limbs”… I’ve heard them all. However, there is no getting around the fact that our bodies were meant to move. We need to move because physical activity is critical for overall health.
Here’s the good news. You can make time to exercise and you can make it fun! Even if you are not a big fan of working out, just do one thing today.Just taking that first step in making physical activity a habit will work wonders to boost your overall vibration.

Not everyone is a marathon runner, long distance swimmer or trapeze artist, and you don’t have to be in order to get the benefits of physical activity. You don’t have to be. A brisk walk, a bike ride, or even dancing around the house while cleaning are ways to get your move on.
