About Dr. Tim
Are you a person or group looking for an entertaining, enlightening and educational speaker or life consultant? Are you wellness oriented, adventurous and seeking to accomplish more in life or simply to edge closer to you or your organizations human potential? Yes?, then I’m your huckleberry.
The purpose of this website is to introduce my services and to share life lessons gleaned from failing and succeeding at the top of the world. My name is Dr. Tim Warren and I am a speaker, writer, coach and world class mountaineer. During my twenty five years in the practice of chiropractic I was honored to care for nearly 10,000 folks of all stripes. In addition to my busy, successful practice, I co-founded an inner city free clinic and served the heroes at Ground Zero in the aftermath of 9/11. A life-long endurance athlete and climber, I have climbed the highest mountain on four continents including Mt. Everest at the age of 48. I have a BA in Psychology from Rhode Island College and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.I recently retired from adjusting and am now speaking, writing and coaching full time.
I live deep in the woods in Saunderstown, RI with Palmer the OCD golden retriever. My son Kurt is beginning his junior year at University of Vermont as a biology major.
I have many years of experience giving empowering, educational and entertaining presentations to businesses, schools from elementary to college and organizations both small and ginormous. My talks are humanistic, positive and are well received with some clients hiring me year after year. I take the time to ask questions, learn and tailor my speech (or coaching session) to the clients needs and wants. My mission is to first honor the client, accept them where they are and then strive to help them move person to action. Some of my presentation topics include Busting Stress in Your Life, How Leaders Face Adversity, What’s Your Everest?, Wellness From Everest and The Bad Wedding Dance: The 2-Minute Antidote to Sitting on the Job among many others.
My first book Lessons From Everest was published by CreateSpace in 2009.
